Manzil Home Health Services recognizes that the delivery and development of patient care is dependent upon having the right people in the right place at the right time and therefore regards the operations of an effective recruitment and selection policy as essential management tool. Each department head as part of the budgeting process will prepare the manpower plan on an annual basis.
The manpower plans will be prepared based on guidance and directions issued by the Managing Director and become effective upon receiving approval and implementation timelines.
Considerations in the process of compilation of manpower plans include:
- Staff Turnover
- New services / facilities planned
- Planned promotions / transfers
- Existing Staff strength / positions
- Overtime spent by Staff
Human Resources will monitor the implementation of all department manpower plans.
