Code of Conduct
Manzil Home Health Services LLC is committed to maintaining the highest standards of personal conduct and business ethics.
The Conduct of every employee, whether at work or not at work; reflects upon the reputation of Manzil Home Health Services. Each employee at Manzil Home Health Services is important to the success of the organization.
Therefore, it is important that we adhere to high standards of personal and business conduct at all times. Conduct that violates these basic principles can result in disciplinary action up to and including discharge from employment.
The people in your care must be able to trust you with their health and wellbeing.
To justify that trust, you must:
- Make the care of people your first concern, treating them as individuals and respecting their dignity.
- Work with others to protect and promote the health and wellbeing of those in your care, their families and the wider community.
- Provide a high standard of practice and care at all times.
- Be open and honest, act with integrity and uphold the reputation of your profession.
As a professional, you are personally accountable for actions and omissions in your practice and must always be able to justify your decisions.
You must always act lawfully, whether those laws relate to your professional practice or personal life.
Failure to comply with this code may bring your fitness to practice into question and endanger your registration.
This code should be considered together with the Health Authority Abu Dhabi (DOH) Scope of practice, rules, standards, guidance and advice available from https://www.doh.gov.ae/en/.
Conduct that violates these basic principles can result in disciplinary action up to and including discharge from employment.
The complete policy on Code of Conduct may be read in SharePoint under HR Policies – MHCS/HR/PPG/006. A hardcopy of this policy is also printed for your reading and acknowledgment on your onboarding period.
