Resignation
During the Probation Period, the Employee may terminate the Appointment by giving fourteen (14) days’ prior written notice to the Company; and
After the successful completion of the Probation Period, either Party may terminate the Appointment at any time by giving the required prior written notice to the other Party.
The Employee shall be entitled to accrued leave pay and End of service benefits to be paid to him/ her after setting-off any facility dues from him/her including any compensation per the above paragraph.
