Compassionate Leave

Compassionate Leave may be granted in the event of death of the employee’s close relatives, i.e., spouse, children (natural or legally adopted), parents and siblings.

Up to three (3) consecutive days of absence and a further 2 days may be granted if the family member is located outside UAE.

Compassionate Leave will be treated as paid leave and as approved.
