Conduct on Duty and in Public Areas
It is our aim at Manzil Home Health Services to provide an environment in which all Employees know what is expected of us so that we can work together to create the best possible experience for our patients.
We consider that if all Employees know, understand and accept the standards and conditions of employment with Manzil Home Health Services we will be free to concentrate on performing our jobs to the best of our ability and to the standards expected of us.
The following are prohibited at all times whilst on duty:
- Smoking
- Consumption of alcohol
- Chewing gum
- Foul language
- Shouting or talking with raised voices
- Physical or verbal assault
- Excessive use of personal mobile phones
- Taking selfies and/or photographs of patients and/or anyone in the patient’s home
