Death or Disability
Employees’ contracts will be deemed terminated in the event of their death.
All rights and benefits of deceased Employees will pass to their legal beneficiaries.
The facility will arrange to repatriate, at its expense, the body and personal effects of the deceased Employee.
The facility has the right to terminate the employment contracts of Employees who have become physically unfit whilst in its employment. Employees shall not be terminated for health reasons before they have utilized the period of sick leave due to them.
