Disciplinary Matters
The immediate superior will report violations of any policy, rule and regulation of the Facility and Labor Law to the Department Head. Manzil Home Health Services may take disciplinary action against the Employee, which may be in the form of:
- Warning
- Fine
- Termination
No disciplinary penalty may be imposed on an Employee for any act committed outside the work place, unless such act is connected with the work.
None of the penalties will be imposed on an Employee until after he/she has been notified in writing of the charge against him/her, his/her statements have been heard, he/she has been allowed to defend himself/herself and the foregoing has been entered in a report placed in his/her personal file. The penalty shall be entered at the end of this report.
The Department Head will determine whether any disciplinary action is necessary. After ascertaining the circumstances from the Employee concerned, the Department Head will determine the appropriate course of action to be taken as per the disciplinary code laid down by Manzil Home Health Services.
