Discipline- Objective and Policy
To provide an interim guideline to maintain standards and the efficient and effective operation of Manzil Home Health Services and to ensure that all the employees are treated with dignity, equality, fairness and respect during disciplinary procedures.
Discipline procedures is intended to be corrective rather than punitive by emphasizing and encouraging improvements in employee conduct, standards of performance and safe practices.
To provide a clear guideline and ensure consistency in our disciplinary actions and coaching sessions with Employees at all levels. The laws of the United Arab Emirates, the customs and traditions of the United Arab Emirates, the rules and regulations and administrative policies of Manzil Home Health Services shall apply to the conduct of all Staff and sponsored dependents of the facility.
An Employee who contravenes the facility policies, rules and regulations or fails to perform duties as required will be subjected to disciplinary action in accordance with the Labor Law.
