During Probation Period

Manzil Home Health Services may, during the probation period, terminate the employment contract after notifying the employee in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date

specified for termination of service.

Employees terminated by Manzil Home Health Services during the probation period will be paid their salary and housing allowance up to and including the last working day and will be entitled to a repatriation ticket.

Employees terminated by Manzil Health Care Services during their probation period will not be entitled to leave or End of Service benefits.
