During Tenure of Employment Contract

Employees’ contracts may be terminated by Manzil Home Health Services at any time during the contract period by giving the required notice in writing as per the contractual obligations. In such cases, Employees will be paid leave days and End of Service benefits accrued up to the end of the notice period. Further, at the discretion of the management on a case-by-case basis, Employees may be allowed to set-off accrued leave against the notice period to advance their departure date.

Alternatively, the facility may elect to terminate an Employee with immediate effect and pay the following in lieu of the notice period:

• Base Salary;
• Housing Allowance;
• Leave days accruing during   the notice period; and
• End of Service benefits accruing through the notice period.
