Employment Acceptance
Employment contracts will be prepared by the Human Resources in accordance with the approved terms and conditions and on the basis of the candidate’s written acceptance of employment as tabulated in the employment offer.
All information provided by the candidate in the employment application form will be kept in strict confidence in their personal files. Should this information prove to be false, or supporting documents fraudulent in any way, the Employee’s services will be terminated with immediate effect.
Manzil Home Health Services will arrange for and provide work permits, Visas and Emirates ID for all new expatriate Employees and will be responsible for its renewal thereof, however each employee is also responsible for notifying HR if his or her document is close to expiry and no action is initiated. Having a current DOH, DHA and MOH license (or other relevant license) is the responsibility of the health care professional, however Manzil will assist in obtaining the license and renewing it for the period of employment.
Passports are the employee’s personal documents and its renewal is the employee’s responsibility.
The first day at work will be considered the first day of employment for all newly appointed employees.
If an Employee fails in meeting the physical fitness, DOH, DHA and MOH licensing, visa and other governmental requirements for the position appointed to, then the employment offer/contract shall be treated as null and void. In the case of overseas appointments, the Employee shall be repatriated to the place of origin/hire at the company’s expense, however any costs associated with the recruitment and onboarding will be deducted from the final pay due to the failure to meet the requirements of the job, and any owing amount would be collected prior to repatriation.
