Employment Criteria

The recruitment team shall conduct thorough screening and evaluation procedures in the recruitment of new employee to ensure all candidates are appropriately qualified and capable of carrying out the duties assigned as specified in the job description.

To be considered for positions at Manzil Home Health Services, candidates must fulfill the following basic conditions in general:

• Comply with the regulations of the UAE Labor and Immigration Law.
• Meet requirements including educational qualifications and experience as stated in the

job description.

• Pass medical fitness screening, DOH, DHA, MOH or other regulatory licensing (where applicable) and other requirements as determined by the UAE & licensing regulatory laws and regulations.
• Have satisfactory references.
• Have the ability to converse in English, especially medical English for our clinical staff.
• Arabic is essential for some specific positions.
