End of Employment Clearance
Payment of Employees final settlements shall be made only after:
The return of any monies, materials, tools, documents, keys, ID badges, insurance cards and other property in the possession of the Employee to the facility.
Verification of facility-owned house furniture and equipment provided for Employee’s use.
The facility reserves the right to adjust the final settlement for the replacement value of lost or damaged items which were in the Employee’s custody.
Upon receipt of their final settlement, the Employee will be required to sign the end of service entitlement form acknowledging the collection of their dues and confirming that they have no further claims against Manzil Home Health Services.
A Certificate of Service specifying the length of service and the last position held at Manzil Home Health Services’ employment will be provided upon request to Employees after they have signed the release form referred to in the above paragraph.
