Gifts to Employees
Gifts are defined as money or property given voluntarily beyond obligation, presumably in return for services rendered, or in anticipation of services to be rendered.
The facility prohibits the acceptance of gratuities, either money or property, by Employees and their dependents, from residents or their relatives.
The facility also prohibits the acceptance of gratuities/ gifts by Employees and their dependents from individuals or firms doing business with the Manzil Home Health Services.
Where the acceptance of gratuities cannot be refused without embarrassing the giver, the gift will be declared and given to the Human Resources Department. The HR Department will maintain a special fund for the receipt and use of such gratuities/ gifts which will be regulated by the Managing Director.
