Performance Appraisals
Performance Evaluation is a tool you can use to help enhance the efficiency of the work unit. This tool is a means to ensure that all employees contribute effectively to organizational objectives and to identify and address individual development needs to support them to meet their full potential.
Self-Assessment evaluation is performed by all employees after 16 weeks of employment. Thereafter the performance management assessment / evaluation will be performed annually.
All Employees will be subject to periodic performance appraisals as stated above.
Employee’s performance will be evaluated against specific criteria established for the purpose.
The performance appraisers will show their appraisal report to the Employees to ensure that appraisal comments and performance ratings are accepted and understood by the Employees.
All performance appraisals will be carried out by the concerned Heads of Departments and when applicable with the Manager, Human Resources. Performance Appraisals in case of Head of Departments will be done by the Managing Director.
Employees’ appraisal reports will be filed in their personal files with the Human Resources Department.
