Probation and Confirmation
All Employees will serve an initial probationary period of six (6) months, at the end of which employment will be confirmed if their performance has been satisfactory. A letter will be issued by the HR department on successful completion of probation.
If performance is found to be unsatisfactory as supported by the Performance evaluation report, employment will be terminated with immediate effect.
Manzil Home Health Services reserves the right to cancel employment contracts during the probation period without any notice. In such cases the facility will have no obligations to the Employees except to pay the salary and benefits for days worked and provide a repatriation ticket. Any owing amount by the employee will be deducted from final pay.
