Protecting Facility assets

The equipment, supplies and property we use to do our jobs at the Facility, belong to the Facility. We have an obligation to protect these assets. Any person removing or damaging property belonging to the Facility, our residents or Staff will be referred to the local authorities. Please report any unusual occurrences to your supervisor or Line Manager.

Protection of assets also extends to the movement or relocation of furniture and equipment. Equipment and furniture should not be moved from one area to another without the expressed consent of the Property Control Coordinator in Engineering Services Dept.
