Substance abuse

We have made a commitment in our mission statement to guarantee the safety of all our residents, and Staff. Working under the influence of drugs and alcohol is very serious because it places you, your fellow workers and residents at risk. Substance abuse will be met with serious disciplinary measures and is grounds for automatic dismissal. (See Disciplinary Policy in this Employee Handbook).
